Third, you may purchase maternity pantyhose, which is designed to accommodate your growing belly and stay put instead of rolling into an uncomfortable wad of nylon below your stomach.  An advantage of maternity pantyhose is that it offers good support.
 
Fourth, who says you have to wear big T-shirts to sleep in when you have plenty of choices in maternity intimate apparel especially sleepwear?  Choose the one that suits your sleeping style best and be as daring as you can be.
